How Long Does It Takes?

The duration of transfer depends on a number of factors, including traffic conditions, jams, location of the hotel etc. Typically, it takes 30 Mins to 45 mins to reach Chiang Mai hotel.

What if I am not able find the representative?

That’s not a problem. The booking voucher has the contact details of the local operator; you can always call them if you face any difficulties. Or you can always give us a call.

What if my flight gets delayed?

Please don’t worry! Just mention the flight details during the checkout in the Comments for Local supplier column and our local supplier will check for any delayed or cancelled flights and will reschedule the transfer accordingly.

What if I want to stop on route to shop?

Private transfer is based on point to point service only. Last minute amendment on spot is subject to availability of vehicle and upon the local operator’s discretion.

Do I have time to shop at Airport?

The cab waits for 2 hours after the arrival of the flight at the airport. So it is advisable not shop at the airport and reach the arrival counter at the as soon as possible.

What if my hotel is not in the listed area?

If your hotel is not in the listed area, then the local operator reserves the right to charge some additional amount for the same. In case of any difficulty you can always call on our numbers.

Cancellation Policy

  • 10% of the total amount will be charged after the booking (Confirmation) towards the processing fee.
  • 30% of the total amount will be charged will be charged, if cancelled between 15-30 days.
  • 50% of the total amount will be charged, if cancelled between 15-6 day.
  • Full cancellation if the tour is cancelled within 6 days of the tour.
  • No refund is possible for a last minute cancellation or no-show on the day of the tour itself.

  • The vehicles mentioned in the description are subject to availability. The vehicle for the transfer can be of a similar category.
  • Service subjects to change without prior notice depending on weather, govt. and traffic conditions.
  • Wait time limit is 1 hour after the flight lands otherwise no-show charge will be applied.
  • You must provide your hotel details at time of booking or to the supplier after booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
  • The local operator has right to change the service upon the suitability without prior notice.
  • We or the Supplier accepts no liability or responsibility for damage, injury or loss incurred in the event that you do not follow our safety advice and instructions.
